silicone o-ring for machinery car seals are one of the most common seals used in machine design,it can be used in static applications or in dynamic applications where there is relative motion between the parts and the O-ring. Dynamic examples include rotating pump shafts and hydraulic cylinder pistons.

PTFE coating o-ring can effectively reduce friction coefficient, improve wear resistance, weather resistance, non-viscosity, chemical corrosion resistance (acid, alkali, oil, etc.), high and low temperature resistance, improve gloss, reduce surface defects of rubber products, environmental protection (can be used in contact with food) and can provide a variety of color choices.

Mainly used in all kinds of fasteners, valve bodies, cylinders, offshore platform corrosion protection equipment.

This PTFE coating silicone o ring is made of NBR / FKM / silicone as the inner core and PTFE as the thin coating. It is elastic, smooth and very rounding.

It displays excellent resistance to oil, acid, heat, weathering and a wide range of chemicals.

It is impervious to UV lighting, is non-toxic, chemically inert and will retain its flexibility & properties within -40~260 °C.
