Bonded Seal Usage
The Self-centering Bonded Seals (Dowty Seals) are used in threaded pipe fittings , plug sealing ,hydraulic or Pneumatic sectors and so on.
Bonded Seal Self-centering advantages
The location processing of sealing groove is not specially required. So it is ideal fittings for fast and automatic installation. Bonded Seal working temperature is -30 C to 100 C , working pressure is less than 39.2MPA .
Bonded Seal Material
1. Normal Material: Coppered Carbon Steel + NBR
2. Specially Required Material: Stainless Steel 316L + NBR , 316L+ FKM , 316L+EPDM , 316L+HNBR , Carbon Steel+ FKM and so on
Bonded Seal Sizes
Sealing discs to seal threads and flange joints. The discs consist of a metallic ring and a rubber sealing pad. Available in metric and imperial dimensions.
