What Is UQD
UQD stands for Universal Quick Disconnect, an OCP open-standard liquid cooling quick coupling specially designed for AI servers, data centers and high-power electronic liquid cooling systems.
It adopts double-sided self-sealing valve structure with high-performance rubber seals, realizing leak-free connection and disconnection, one-hand quick plug and blind mating. With low pressure drop, high flow rate and long service life, UQD supports cross-brand interoperability. It is widely used in cold plate connection, manifold pipeline matching and direct liquid cooling deployment for high-density computing, HPC and energy storage equipment.

How UQD Work
UQD is a self-sealing quick disconnect coupling for liquid cooling systems.
When disconnected
Internal spring-loaded check valves on both plug and socket automatically close, locking the liquid inside the pipeline to prevent leakage.
When plugging in
The two valve heads push each other open, the internal flow channel connects smoothly, and coolant circulates normally.
After fully locked
The snap ring fixes the connection tightly; it supports vibration resistance and stable liquid transmission.
When unplugging
Unlock the buckle first, the internal valves reset and close instantly, achieving drip-free disconnection.
