PTFE ring polytetrafluoroethylene is one of the good corrosion resistance materials in the world today, so get the reputation of “plastic king”.  It can be used in any kind of chemical medium for a long time, and it has solved many problems in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other fields in Our country.  Ptfe seals, gaskets, gaskets.  Polytetrafluoroethylene seals, gaskets, sealing gaskets are made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin moulding.

Temperature -100～280℃, allowing sudden cooling and sudden heating, or alternating hot and cold operation.

Pressure -0.1 ~ 6.4mpa (full negative pressure to 64kgf/cm2)

PTFE retaining ring is mainly to strengthen the cylinder, hydraulic system or valve pressure without losing its sealing function, can prevent the O-ring “extrusion”, improve its use of pressure, its size can be customized according to customer requirements.

PTFE retaining ring is high temperature resistant — operating temperature up to 250℃.

PTFE ring low temperature resistance — with good mechanical toughness;  Even when the temperature drops to -196℃, 5% elongation can be maintained.

PTFE retaining ring corrosion resistance – for most chemicals and solvents, showing inert, strong acid and alkali, water and a variety of organic solvents.

PTFE ring weather resistance – plastic in the aging life.

PTFE ring high lubrication – is a solid material in the friction coefficient.

PTFE ring does not adhere — it is the smallest surface tension in solid materials and does not adhere to any substance.
